Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to give you any rights in or to any Trademarks or Content of Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions. Use Of Site The services of Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this site, you represent that you are responsible to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of this site. You may use Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions to legitimate reservations or purchases, but you cannot use the Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation, any reservation in anticipation of demand, or purpose that is deemed unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Must be 21 or older to book or reserve your cabin(s). Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions may, in its sole discretion, terminate or restrict your access to the Web site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and without liability to Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions. Fee Schedule All internet prices are final. Internet prices are for new bookings only. There are no price adjustments allowed on internet bookings. Online prices are for Internet bookings only. Our online special rates may not be available when speaking to an agent. No Coupons, Additional Promotions, or other such discounts are accepted on internet prices. Fees listed below are in addition to the Cruise Line penalties. These fees may be assessed if changes are made after deposit, or if the booking is cancelled. Air deviation: $40.00 per passenger Bounced check: $50.00 per check Cancellation: $75.00 per person Any change: $50.00 per change per person Reissue or reroute documents: $50.00 per package Debit Cards - If you are using a debit card you must notify Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions of your daily charge limit at least 24 hours prior to payment. Credit Card Declines - In the event that your credit card is declined, Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions will attempt payment up to two times and will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to obtain authorization, your cruise will be subject to cancellation and standard penalties will apply.  Privacy You have read the Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions Privacy Policy and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your personal information by Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions and/or its third-party providers and distributors in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the Travel Express Corp. with it's web site divisions Privacy Policy. Exclusion of Warranty THE ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF THE CONTENT ON THE WEB SITE IS NOT GUARANTEED.
